摘 要:为了解强旋涡作用对环形旋涡流化床稀相区细小稻壳流动特性的影响,进行了二次风率、二次风分配以及旋流数对气体速度分布和颗粒相流场的分析。试验结果显示:环形旋涡流化床稀相区回流区域面积大小可以反映该区域回流强度,且回流强度随旋流数S的增大而增强,S<1时,其对切向速度的影响较小,而S在1.6~2.5之间则影响显著;采用二次风不均等分布的方式较二次风均匀分布对加强床内旋流更有利;颗粒在各层二次风喷嘴之间形成悬浮层;颗粒质量流率在不同h/R高度上沿径向随着r/R增大先减小后增大且在靠近外筒壁面达到最大值,在不同r/R处则随着高度h/R的增大而减小。在流化床锅炉燃烧细小颗粒时,可通过气固流动特性进行燃烧优化及污染物控制。Through the analysis of the effects of secondary air ratio,secondary air distribution,and swirl number on the gas velocity distribution and particle phase flow field,the strong vortexing effect on the flow characteristic of rice husk in the freeboard of annular vortexing fluidized bed(AV-FB)were understood.Results showed that the backflow area in the freeboard of AV-FB reflect the backflow intensity in that region,and backflow intensity increases with the increases of swirl number.When S<1,the influence on tangential velocity is relatively small,but it has a significant impact between 1.6 and 2.5.Compared with secondary air distribution equally,secondary air distribution unequally is more beneficial to improve the vortexing flow in the freeboard.Particle suspension layers are observed between the near secondary-air inlets.Solid mass flow rate along the radial direction decreases firstly,then increases with increasing r/R at different h/R,and the maximum value of mass flow rate appears near the freeboard wall,but it decreases with the increase of h/R at different r/R.Applied to the combustion of fine particles in fluidized bed combustor,combustion optimization and pollutant control can be achieved through gas-solid flow characteristics.
