高职公共英语教学中“中国文化失语”现象探析

摘　　要：中国的经济增长伴随着全球交流的日益频繁,越来越多的外国人对中国的悠久历史和文化产生浓厚兴趣,意味着中国的文化软实力在国际上逐渐显现,为中国学生展示和传播本国文化提供了更多机会。然而,在高职公共英语教学中存在“中国文化失语”的现象,学生在跨文化交际中无法充分展现我国优秀文化,阻碍了我国文化输出。在高职院校英语教学中,应积极加强对本土文化的传承和弘扬,解决“中国文化失语”问题,使学生能够在国际交流中更为游刃有余,促使他们在国际舞台上更好地展现自己,提升学生对本土文化的认同感和自豪感。China's economic growth is accompanied by the increasingly frequent global exchanges,and more and more foreigners have a strong interest in China's long history and culture,which means that China's cultural soft power has gradually emerged in the international community,providing more opportunities for Chinese students to show and spread their own culture.However,there is a phenomenon of"Chinese culture aphasia"in the public English teaching of higher vocational colleges,and students cannot fully display our excellent culture in cross-cultural communication,which hinders the export of Chinese culture.In the English teaching in higher vocational colleges,we should actively strengthen the inheritance and promotion of local culture,solve the problem of"Chinese culture aphasia",so that students can be more comfortable in international communication,promote them to better show themselves on the international stage,and enhance students'sense of identity and pride in local culture.
