摘　　要：通过对无极绳连续牵引车张紧装置的结构进行分析,划分了动滑轮圆心在两个定滑轮圆心的下方和动滑轮圆心在两个定滑轮圆心的上方2种可能存在的形式,分别推导出可直观测量尺寸(动滑轮的垂直浮动距离)与实际变量尺寸(定滑轮轴线与动滑轮轴线之间的垂直距离)之间的关系式;并利用动滑轮与定滑轮垂直高度导致角度变化的关系,以及动滑轮两边夹角钢丝绳的合力与配重块重力相等的原理,推导出张紧装置的张力计算关系式。通过将该关系式引入到无极绳连续牵引车的控制系统的数据处理模块中,实时获取牵引力数据,当监测到牵引力数据异常时,触发制动系统进行紧急制动,从而提高设备运行安全性。最后对张力的理论计算数据与实际测量数据进行试验对比,结果验证了计算公式的准确性。By analyzing the structure of the tensioning device of the endless rope continuous tractor,two possible forms are divided into two possible forms:the center of the movable pulley is below the center of the circles of the two fixed pulleys and the center of the movable pulley is above the centers of the circles of the two fixed pulleys.It can be derived intuitively respectively.The relationship between the measured size(vertical floating distance of the movable pulley)and the actual variable size(the vertical distance between the axis of the fixed pulley and the axis of the movable pulley)is derived;Based on the relationship between the vertical height of the movable pulley and the fixed pulley resulting in the angle change,and the principle that the resultant force of the angular wire rope on both sides of the movable pulley is equal to the gravity of the counterweight,the tension calculation relationship of the tensioning device is derived.By introducing this relational expression into the data processing module of the control system of the endless rope continuous traction vehicle,the traction force data is obtained in real time.When abnormal traction force data is detected,the braking system is triggered for emergency braking,thereby improving the safety of equipment operation.Finally,the theoretical calculation data of tension and the actual measurement data are compared experimentally,and the results verified the accuracy of the calculation formula.
