摘 要:传导性电磁骚扰是经由电源导线来传递噪声的,连接在同一电网的电子电气装置所产生的电磁骚扰会经由电源线而彼此相互干扰,为滤除外界电网的高频脉冲对电源的干扰,同时也起到减少电源本身对外界的电磁兼容干扰,通常在设备与电源之间加装电源滤波器来加以防治。在进行电源滤波器结构和参数设计过程中,如果采取尝试-纠错-再尝试的方法来解决电磁噪声问题,其结果是耗费很多时间精力和增加不必要的元件导致成本提高。在研究滤波器原理的基础上,按照正向设计方法,探讨了测量原始噪声并对差、共模噪声分离,采用6 dB余量满足限值曲线并计算滤波器元件参数值,按步骤进行设计,最终的试验结果验证了所提设计得到的电源滤波器可以有效抑制电磁骚扰,而且这种电源滤波器结构简单,通用性好,差共模滤波融和一体,所需额外加入的元件较少。Conductive electromagnetic interference transmits noise through the power supply wire.Electromagnetic interference generated by electronic and electrical devices connected to the same power grid interfere,with each other through the power supply wire.To filter out the interference of high-frequency pulse from the external power grid on the power supply,and also to reduce the electromagnetic compatibility interference of the power supply itself on the outside.Line filter is usually installed between the equipment and the power supply for prevention.In the process of designing filter structures and parameters,if try-correct-try again,it takes a lot of time and effort.On the basis of studying the principle of filters,the article follows a forward design method to explore the measurement of raw noise and the separation of differential and common mode noise,uses the 6 dB margin to meet the limit curve and calculates the filter element parameter values,and designs the filter step by step.The final test results verify that the line filter obtained by the proposed design can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference,and the Line filter has simple structure and good versatility.The integration of differential common mode filtering requires fewer additional components to be added.
