摘 要:针对额定功率为5kW的小型内河船舶轴带无刷双馈发电机系统,基于有限元分析法,建立船舶轴带无刷双馈电机数学模型;针对定子绕组选用3Y/△联结绕组设计,可灵活调整每相支路槽号,显著降低三相绕组不对称对电磁性能的不利影响;设计了一款深槽加导条式凸极转子,并对深槽的深度和宽度进行优化设计,结合有限元分析,探讨了无导条和加导条对该凸极转子磁场调制性能的影响;模拟船舶主柴油机驱动轴带无刷双馈发电机运行工况,进行了样机对拖试验,验证了设计方法的可行性。For a rated power of 5kW brushless doubly-fed generator system of small-sized inland waterway ship shaft belt,a mathematical model of the generator is established based on finite-element analysis method.The 3Y/△connection windings design is selected for the stator windings,which can flexibly adjust the slot number of each phase branch,and significantly reduce the adverse impact of the three-phase windings asymmetry on the electromagnetic performance.A deep slot plus bar type of salient rotor is designed,and the depth and width of the deep slot are optimized.This paper explores the influences of the salient rotor with bar and without bar on the magnetic field modulation performance by combining with finite-element analysis.The pair trawling experiment of generator prototype is carried out through simulating the operating condition of a brushless doubly-fed generator on the driving shaft of a ship main diesel engine,which verifies the feasibility of the designed method.
