摘 要:感应电机带载后包括水力负载、风力负载、多相流负载等,其力源形式与空载时会发生明显变化。这种载荷的变化会影响电机的运行电流、效率等电气性能参数,也会导致局部温升提高,引起动、静件变形,导致电机运行可靠性与安全性受到严重威胁与影响,现将以一种基于水力带载形式的感应电机为切入点,对感应带载运行时的力源形式以及其影响因素分析研究。The load of induction motor includes hydraulic load,wind load,multi-phase flow load and such on,and the force source type of the onload motor will change obviously compared with that of the noload motor.The change of this load will affect the electrical performance parameters of the motor such as the operating current and efficiency,lead to the increase of local temperature rise as well as the deformation of dynamic and static parts,and then result in the serious threat and impact on the reliability and safety operation of the motor.Taking the motor with hydraulic load as a pointcut,this paper analyzes and studies the force source form and its influencing factors of the motor operating with load.
