摘　　要：以一起大型石化企业高压同步电动机转子故障为例,通过对继电保护动作信息、试验结果以及设备受损情况进行判断,逐层排查故障区间,定位故障点,深入分析故障产生的原因及故障机理,提出了优化、预防措施。供同类企业的高压同步电动机具有良好的借鉴意义。This paper takes a rotor fault of a high-voltage synchronous motor in a large petrochemical enterprise as an example to check the fault interval layer by layer,locate the fault point and analyze in depth the fault cause and mechanism by judging the relay protection action information,test results and equipment damage.Some optimization and prevention measures are proposed in this paper,which has a certain reference significance applied to high-voltage synchronous motors in similar enterprises.
