摘  要:从可持续发展理念出发,探究校园隐形眼镜用户使用和回收隐形眼镜及其配套物行为,构建符合多方利益的可持续校园隐形眼镜回收体系。运用观察法、访谈法、问卷法进行用户行为、流程调研,结合福格模型和KANO模型对用户需求进行属性划分和优先级排序,找出敏感性较高的需求属性。最后按照优先级和敏感性进行设计实践,将用户需求转换为设计要素,确定设计方向,建立信息架构,系统框架,优化回收投递流程,提高校园用户参与度。Starting from the concept of sustainable development,we explore the behavior of campus contact lens users in using and recycling contact lenses and their accessories,and construct a sustainable campus contact lens recycling system that meets the interests of multiple parties.We use observation,interview and questionnaire methods to investigate user behavior and processes,and combine the Fogg model and KANO model to classify and prioritize user needs,and find out the attributes of needs with higher sensitivity.Finally,according to the priority and sensitivity of the design practice,the user needs are converted into design elements,determine the design direction,establish the information architecture,system framework,optimize the recycling delivery process,and improve the campus user participation.
