摘  要:海上风力发电产业发展迅速,随着风力发电兆瓦数不断增加,海上风电塔架直径及单段重量也越来越大,运输难度不断增加,多套整机设备整体高效远洋运输在我国出口海上风电装备的发展过程中是一个急需解决的痛点问题。文章介绍了海上风电塔架双层叠装海运装置的设计、制作、装配及装船,并对海上运输风险进行评估,并就双层叠装海运的关键技术进行简要分析,以供同行参考。The offshore wind power industry is developing rapidly,with the increase of the number of megawatts of wind power generation,the diameter of the offshore wind power tower and the weight of a single segment are also increasing,the difficulty of transportation is increasing,and the overall efficient ocean transportation of multiple sets of machine equipment is an urgent pain point to solve in the development process of China's export offshore wind power equipment.This paper introduces the design,manufacture,assembly and shipment of the double-stacked Marine equipment of offshore wind power tower,and evaluates the risk of Marine transportation,and briefly analyzes the key technologies of double-stacked Marine transportation for reference of the industry.
