摘 要:氦气涡轮高负荷、低展弦比的特点,导致端区损失占总损失的比例较高,尤其是动叶端区损失径向发展尺度较大,甚至会堵塞主流流动。为优化某氦气涡轮气动性能和主流流动,采用数值模拟方法对动叶进行弯曲设计研究,分别对比了正弯、反弯、反J型设计方法,研究结果表明:此氦气涡轮采用反J型设计效果最佳,反弯其次,正弯最差。50%弯高、20°弯角的反J型设计为最佳设计点,不仅提高了涡轮级效率,优化了主流流动,增强了做功能力,而且有着更好的变工况特性,尤其在流量为1.5 kg/s的低工况点,效率较原设计提高2.3个百分点。The characteristics of helium turbines with high load and low aspect ratio lead to a high proportion of end zone losses in the total losses.In particular,the radial development scale of loss in the end zone of rotor blades is large,and even the main flow will be blocked.In order to optimize the aerodynamic performance and mainstream flow of a helium turbine,a numerical simulation method was used to study the bending design of the moving blade.The positive bending,reverse bending and reverse J-shaped design methods were respectively compared.The research results show that the reverse J-shaped design has the best effect,followed by the reverse bending and the positive bending is the worst.The reverse J-shaped design with 50%bending height and 20°bending angle is the best design point,which not only improves the turbine stage efficiency,optimizes the mainstream flow and enhances the power doing ability,but also has better operating condition characteristics,especially at the low operating condition point with a flow rate of 1.5 kg/s,the efficiency is 2.3 percentage points higher than the original design.
