甘肃省特色农业全产业链禀赋条件、模式解构和关键路径分析

摘　　要：推进特色产业全产业链发展是促进农业农村现代化发展的重要抓手,而理清其发展具备的禀赋条件、现状、模式及制约因素,对于构建明确的产业发展体系具有关键作用。研究以甘肃特色农业为对象,对其全产业链的发展问题进行深入剖析,从产业、生产、经营三个维度,重点提出了优化全产业链发展空间布局、明确全产业链发展的功能区划、发展特色农业、建设现代仓储物流、提升产业集聚度和融合度、培育新型农业经营主体的对策建议。Promoting the development of the whole industrial chain of characteristic agricultural industries is an important starting point to realize rural revitalization and promote the development of agricultural and rural modernization.Clarify the resource conditions,status quo,mode and constraints in its development plays a key role in the construction of a clear industrial development system.The study focuses on the development of characteristic agriculture in Gansu Province,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the development issues of its entire industry chain.From the three dimensions of industry,production,and operation,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions,including optimize the spatial layout of the entire industry chain development,clarify the functional zoning of the entire industry chain development,develop characteristic agriculture,establish modern warehousing and logistics,enhance industrial agglomeration and integration,and cultivate new agricultural management entities.
