摘　　要：本研究结合新时代大力弘扬工匠精神的社会风尚,阐释了高校学报编辑工匠精神的内涵及培育的重要意义;提出了将工匠精神融入编辑职业发展的实践路径.认为通过完善学报编辑职业发展的保障机制与提升编辑职业发展的综合能力,可以培育编辑的工匠情怀,发挥编辑的工匠潜能,从而提升学报编辑出版工作实效,促进学报高质量发展.Combining the prevailing social trend of vigorously promoting the craftsmanship spirit in the new era,this paper elaborates on the essence of cultivating the craftsmanship spirit among university journal editors and emphasizes its significance.It proposes the practical path of integrating the craftsmanship spirit into the career development of editors.It is believed that by improving the guarantee mechanisms for the career development of journal editors and enhancing their comprehensive capabilities,the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit among editors can be achieved,unlocking their latent potential as craftsmen.Consequently,this will enhance the practical effectiveness of journal editing work and promote the high-quality development of academic journals.
