摘 要:为了解决汽车数量快速增长而产生的停车位不足问题,设计了一种新型快速存取节能型汽车停车装置。该装置设计主要包括以下六个部分:驱动部分设计、传动部分设计、差速收/放绳部分设计、存取车部分设计、气动部分和控制部分设计。然后根据各部分设计,制作缩小版的停车装置实物模型,最后对实物模型进行功能验证。功能验证结果表明:该停车装置可以完成汽车的自动存取和多层存放任务。差速收/放绳部分能够保持汽车停车板工作时的水平稳定。存取车部分可以实现每层汽车的独立存取。该装置具有占地面积小,可独立存取车辆,空间利用率高等优点,为解决停车难问题提供了新方案。In order to solve the problem of insufficient parking spaces caused by the rapid growth of the number of cars,a new type of fast access and energy-saving car parking device has been designed.The design of the device mainly includes the following six parts:drive part design,transmission part design,differential rope collection/release part design,vehicle access part design,pneumatic part and control part design.Then,based on the design of each part,create a scaled down physical model of the parking device,and finally perform functional verification on the physical model.The functional verification results indicate that the parking device can complete the automatic access and multi-layer storage tasks of the car.The differential rope retraction/retraction section can maintain the horizontal stability of the car's parking pad during operation.The car access section can achieve independent access for each layer of cars.This device has the advantages of small footprint,independent access to vehicles,and high space utilization,providing a new solution for solving the problem of parking difficulties.
