摘 要:为保障含大规模新能源电力系统运行能力,提出两阶段随机二阶锥优化的含大规模新能源电力系统静态安全域分析方法。通过含大规模新能源电力系统静态安全域SSSR模型内约束条件求解静态安全域边界有效距离,将优化后SSSR模型内发电机有功功率以及SSSR模型内有效边界距离作为两阶段求解目标,得出有功功率数值接近最优值的最大化有效边界距离,分析SSSR有效边界内基础运作点安全性与安全裕度,获取含大规模新能源电力系统静态安全域。实验说明:该方法可有效应用于电力系统静态安全域分析,当电力系统负荷过大时,其安全域区域变小;当解耦参数数值为12%时,可保障该电力系统静态安全域最优。In order to safeguard the operation capability of large-scale new energy-containing power systems,a two-stage stochastic second-order cone optimization method is proposed to analyze the static security domain of large-scale new energy-containing power systems.The constraints in the SSSR model of the static security domain of the large-scale new energy power system are used to solve the effective distance of the boundary of the static security domain,and the generator active power in the optimized SSSR model and the effective distance of the boundary in the SSSR model are used as the objectives of the two-phase solving,so as to obtain the maximization of the effective distance of the boundary with the value of active power close to the optimal value,and then to analyze the security and safety margins of the basic operation points in the effective boundary of SSSR,so as to obtain the static security domain of the new energy power system.Analyze the security and security margin of the base operation point within the effective boundary of SSSR,and obtain the static security domain of the power system containing large-scale new energy.Experiments show that this method can be effectively applied to analyze the static security domain of the power system,and when the load of the power system is too large,its security domain area becomes smaller;when the value of the decoupling parameter is 12%,the static security domain of the power system can be guaranteed to be optimal.
