碳纳米管束与白炭黑并用对溶聚丁苯橡胶导热性能及力学性能的影响

摘  要:上世纪九十年法国米其林公司使用白炭黑研制成功了第一代绿色节油轮胎,白炭黑的加入使得轮胎的滚动阻力大大降低,但也存在着一些炭黑轮胎所未见到的缺点与不足,基于此,本文研究了阵列碳纳米管束(CNTBs)和无序的碳纳米管等填料,对SSBR复合材料各项性能的影响。结果表明,研究中的三种CNTBs都能够在橡胶基体中形成完整的网络体系。其中,GT205增强复合材料具有优异的纳米增强效应,静态力学性能增幅明显。此外,由于GT205具有优异的取向性及较高的分散性,添加GT205并不会明显增加复合材料的损耗因子(tanδ),且该CNTBs/SSBR复合材料的体积电阻率仅为对照组的1/6500,能够满足胎面胶导电性能的使用需求。Michelin company developed the first generation of green,fuel-efficient tyres by using silica in1990s.The addition of silica greatly reduces the rolling resistance of the tire,but there are also some shortcomings and deficiencies that the carbon black tire has not seen.In order to solve this problem,the effects of carbon nanotube bundles(CNTBs)and disordered carbon nanotubes on the machining properties,static mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and electrical conductivity of SSBR composites were studied in this paper.The results showed that the three CNTBs formed a complete network system in the rubber matrix.GT205 reinforced composites have excellent nano-reinforced effect,and the static mechanical properties increase significantly.In addition,due to the excellent orientation and high dispersion of GT205,it’s not significantly increase the tanδof the composite,and the volume resistivity of the CNTBs/SSBR composite is only 1/6500 of that of the control group.And can meet the requirements of the use of tread adhesive conductivity.
