摘 要:随着中国聚氯乙烯产能[1]的扩大,生产高质量聚氯乙烯[2]成为了我们的又一新课题。目前国内生产聚氯乙烯的方法主要有乙烯法和电石法,其中电石法的产能占70%以上,而相比电石法,乙烯法的生产工艺更加环保,产生的废水废气也能够合理的循环利用和处理。而乙烯法的回收单体在回收的过程中会发生自聚的情况,进而导致回收单体压缩机列管堵塞,影响聚氯乙烯的生产效率。本文旨在探究说明在回收单体的过程中在回收单体压缩机前增加过滤器和加入稳定剂对回收单体自聚的程度[3]以及清洗回收压缩机列管频率的影响。通过实验证明,增加过滤器能够有效的阻挡产生的大块自聚物,但是长时间会使自聚物填满过滤器,而在回收单体中加入稳定剂则能相应的降低单体的自聚,进而有效降低回收压缩机列管的清洗频率,相应提高产品质量。With the expansion of the capacity of PVC in China,the production of high quality PVC has become a new subject for us.At present,the main domestic production methods of PVC are ethylene method and calcium carbide method,calcium carbide method of production capacity accounts for more than 70%,and compared with calcium carbide method,ethylene method of production process is more environmentally friendly,the waste water waste gas can also be reasonable recycling and treatment.In the recovery process of ethylene monomer,self-polymerization will occur,which will lead to the blockage of the recovery monomer compressor tube and affect the production efficiency of PVC.The purpose of this paper is to explore and explain how to add a filter before the recovery and adding stabilizer to the recovery compressor on the recovery of monomer self-polymerization and the cleaning of the recovery compressor tube frequency was explored.The experimental results show that adding filters can effectively block the resulting large self-polymers,but over time the self-polymers will fill the filter,while the stabilizer is added to the recovered monomer can reduce the self-aggregation of the monomer,and then effectively reduce the cleaning frequency of the recovery compressor tube,and improve the product quality accordingly.
