摘  要:二氧化碳(CO_(2))是一种新的可再生碳资源,可与环氧化合物开环共聚制备聚碳酸酯和环状碳酸盐。SalenCo(Ⅲ)能有效破坏环氧丙烷(PO)的碳氧键。锰-钙-氧团簇可以很好地破坏水分子的氢氧键,而CO_(2)与PO的共聚需要打开碳-氧键。从键能来看,氢氧键远大于碳氧键,因此锰-钙-氧团簇可以作为CO_(2)与PO共聚的催化剂。本文将SalenCo(Ⅲ)催化剂与Mn_(4)-Ca金属纳米团簇混合,并研究了协同催化CO_(2)和PO的催化共聚性能。结果表明,由于[C][(SalenCo(Ⅲ)催化剂]和[M][Mn_(4)-Ca金属纳米团簇]的协同作用,催化效率大大提高。对于[CM3],TON比[M](Mn_(4)-Ca金属纳米团簇)增加了近4倍,合成产物中CPC(环状碳酸盐)占97.5%。当引入波长为403nm和200W的外部光源时,共聚效率最高,TON达到1299.8,CPC(环碳酸盐)占99.3%。Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))is a new renewable carbon resource,which can be used to prepare polycarbonate and cyclic carbonate by open-loop copolymerization with epoxides.SalenCo(Ⅲ)can effectively destroy the carbon-oxygen bond of propylene oxide(PO).The Manganese-calcium-oxygen clusters are very good at breaking the H-O bond of water molecules,whereas the CO_(2)-PO copolymerization requires the opening of the carbon-oxygen bond.In terms of bond energy,the hydrogen/oxygen bond is much larger than the carbon/oxygen bond,so the Manganese-calcium-oxygen cluster can be used as the catalyst for CO_(2)-PO copolymerization.In this paper,SalenCo(Ⅲ)catalyst was mixed with Mn_(4)-Ca metal nanoclusters,and the catalytic copolymerization of CO_(2)and PO was studied.The results show that the catalytic efficiency is greatly improved by the synergistic action of[C][(SalenCo(Ⅲ)catalyst]and[M][Mn_(4)-Ca metal nanoclusters].For[CM3],the TON ratio[M](Mn_(4)-Ca metal nanoclusters)increased by nearly 4 times,and the CPC(cyclic carbonate)in the synthesized product accounted for 97.5%.When external light sources with wavelengths of 403 nm and 200 W were introduced,the copolymerization efficiency reached 1299.8 TON and 99.3%CPC.
