摘 要:目的:探索机器人手术室使用自然声音,机器人系统自带通讯系统和蓝牙系统的团队沟通效率。方法:采集手术过程中室内背景噪声,在手术室闲置时用实测的参数设置模拟场景。招募32名志愿者,志愿者两两随机组配,并分别扮演主刀及助手。预先准备的沟通指令作为目标信息,按顺序在三种不同条件下(使用自然声、扬声器和蓝牙耳机通信)进行信息传递试验,记录发声者的分贝大小及接收者的信息准确率。结果:噪声环境中,手术团队成员间语言交流信息衰减明显,团队成员沟通需提高发声努力程度。而使用蓝牙耳机,可以让指令的沟通效率较利用自然声音及达芬奇系统扬声器时明显提高。结论:机器人手术中由于站位的问题,术中沟通不通畅,背景噪声会对团队的交流造成影响。使用头戴式蓝牙装置,可以大幅度地提高术中沟通效率,建议在机器人手术中常规进行。Objective:To explore the efficiency of team communication in robotic operating rooms using natural sounds,robotic systems with their communication systems,and Bluetooth systems.Methods:We collected the room background noise during the surgery and set up a simulated scenario with the measured parameters while the operating room was free.A total of 32 volunteers were recruited and randomly paired to play the roles of lead surgeon and assistant respectively.Pre‐prepared communication instructions were used as the target messages for this experiment,and the message delivery experiments were performed sequentially under three different conditions(using natural sound,loudspeaker,and Bluetooth headset communication)to record the decibel level of the vocalist and the accuracy of the message of the receiver.Results:In a noisy environment,the verbal exchange of information between surgical team members is significantly attenuated,and team member communication requires an increased level of vocal effort.However,the use of Bluetooth headsets allows for significantly more efficient communication of instructions than when using natural sound and Da Vinci systemspeakers. Conclusion: Intraoperative communication in robotic surgery is poor due to the standing position,and background noise has an impact on team communication. However, the head‐mountedBluetooth device can substantially improve communication efficiency, and it is recommended for routineuse in robotic surgery.
