摘　　要：目的评价瑞舒伐他汀钙片和阿托伐他汀钙片用于治疗老年动脉粥样硬化的有效性、安全性和经济性,为临床用药和相关决策提供经济学证据和参考。方法选取100名老年动脉粥样硬化患者作为研究对象,随机分为A、B两组,每组50例。A组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗,10mg,口服,每日1次;B组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,20mg,口服,每日1次。分析2组患者的血脂变化水平及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质及颈动脉内膜中层厚度变化情况,对治疗效果和经济效益进行比较。结果A组患者总有效率为92.00%,B组患者总有效率为90.00%,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组患者的成本—效果比(C/E)为6.65,B组的成本—效果比(C/E)为7.60,A组的成本—效果比相对较低。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙片和阿托伐他汀钙片用于治疗老年动脉粥样硬化疾病,均可有效控制患者的血脂水平,瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗成本相对较低,更具有药物经济学的优势。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy,safety and economy of rosuvastatin calcium tablets and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of elderly atherosclerosis,and to provide economic evidence and reference for clinical medication and related decision-making.Methods:100 elderly patients with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into groups A and B,with 50 cases in each group.Group A was given rosuvastatin calcium tablets,10mg orally,once a day,and group B was given Atorvastatin calcium tablets,20mg orally,once a day.The changes of blood lipids,the properties of carotid atherosclerotic plaques and the changes of carotid intima-media thickness in the two groups were analyzed,and the therapeutic effect and economic benefit were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.00%in group A and 90.00%in group B,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio(C/E)was 6.65 in group A and 7.60 in group B,and the cost-effectiveness ratio was relatively low in group A.Conclusion:Both rosuvastatin calcium tablets and atorvastatin calcium tablets can effectively control blood lipid levels in patients with senile atherosclerosis.The treatment cost of rosuvastatin calcium tablets is relatively low,which has more pharmacoeconomic advantages.
