健身气功练习结合足部经穴推拿改善低龄老人步态研究

摘　　要：目的验证健身气功练习结合足部经穴推拿改善低龄老人步态指标的效果。方法运用问卷调查和访谈方法确定对照组和实验组,运用实验法进行健身气功练习结合足部经穴推拿干预,运用IDEEA3步态分析仪进行步态指标测试,运用SPSS统计软件对两组数据进行横向检验分析。结果实验组与对照组的步态摆动、步相和微观动作等一级指标均维持在成年人步态标准值域,实验组整体水平优于对照组。结论健身气功练习结合足部经穴推拿能够有效改善低龄老人步态指标,其作用机制与健身气功和经穴推拿治疗足部疾病可能具有一致性,对于探索体医结合预防老人跌倒具有参考价值。Objective:To test the improvement on young elderly's gait through the combination between fitness Qi-gong practice and the foot acupuncture massage.Methods:The single fitness Qi-gong group and the combination group were selected according to a questionnaire and interview,and a complete test was carried out in the same surrounding with IDEEA3 Gait Test Instrument,and the sample data in two independent groups were analyzed with SPSS software.Result:The first level indicators of gait swing,gait phase,and micro movements of the experimental group and the control group were maintained within the standard range of adult gait,and the overall level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination between fitness Qi-gong practice and foot acupuncture massage can effectively improve gait indicators in young elderly people,and its mechanism of action may be consistent with that of fitness Qigong and acupoint massage for the treatment of foot disorders.It has reference value for exploring the combination of physical fitness and medicine to prevent falls in the elderly.
