摘　　要：在新时代人文社会科学工作形势任务和学术发展的实际情况下,人文社会科学的地位更加重要、任务也更加繁重。人文社科期刊作为学术研究与学术交流的重要平台,传播学术成果与思想文化的重要阵地,被赋予了新的使命与责任。面对新形势与新要求,社科期刊仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,如“有数量缺质量,有专家缺大师”的情况。要想改变这种现状,可从出版能力、融合发展、人才队伍、传播渠道、学术环境等五个方面调整期刊发展策略,通过聚焦实际,服务大局;调整定位,特色办刊;创新思路,学科融合;数字出版,聚合发展;编研结合,以编为主;学术引路,扶持优青;渠道扩展,扩大传播;规范审稿,公平发表;健全评价,健康引导;学术共建,优势互补等十大举措,助推学术繁荣发展,期刊高质量发展,打造具有强大学术引领力和社会影响力的期刊。In the new era of humanities and social sciences work situation and academic development conditions,the status of humanities and social sciences has become increasingly important and the tasks have become more arduous.As an important platform for academic research and exchange,and for disseminating academic achievements and ideological culture,humanities and social science journals have been entrusted with new missions and responsibilities.Facing the new situation and new requirements,humanities and social science journals still have some problems that need to be solved urgently.We are faced with the situation of "having quantity but lacking in quality,having experts but lacking in masters".In order to change this situation,we can adjust the journal development strategies from five aspects:publishing ability,integrated development,talent team,communication channels and academic environment.By focusing on reality,serving the overall situation;adjusting positioning,running journals with characteristics;innovating ideas,fusing subjects;digital publishing,and aggregated developing;combining the compilation and research with editors as the main focus;guiding academic,supporting outstanding young people;expending channel,extending dissemination;standardizing review,safeguarding publication fairness;improving the evaluation system with healthy guidance;and achieving academic cooperation and complementary advantages.The ten major measures will promote academic prosperity and development,high-quality development of journals,and create a journal with strong academic leadership and social influence.
