摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病是一种常见的慢性气道疾病。国医大师张震教授认为慢阻肺病机特点如下:正虚为本,虚实夹杂;痰为夙根,郁阻气机;时遇外感,内外失调;迁延反复,久病夹瘀。虚、痰、瘀三者贯穿慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发展过程,治疗上以“扶正固本,标本兼治”为原则,治法以补肺益肾健脾为核心;以化痰为关键,配伍清热、健脾除湿及温化之法以助痰消;外感则速行解表祛邪之法以防邪之深入;并将行气活血贯穿始末。于此基础上自拟“培本理肺汤”加减化裁用于临床,疗效颇佳。COPD is a common,chronic airway disease.Professor Zhang Zhen believes that the characteristics of COPD are as follows:positive deficiency as the foundation,mixed with deficiency and substance,phlegm for the root,stagnation block Qi machine;when encountering external sensation,internal and external imbalance;delay repeatedly,long illness clip blood stasis.Deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis run through the development process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The treatment is based on the principle of “strengthening the root cause,treating both symptoms and root causes”.The treatment is centered on supplementing the lung and kidney and strengthening the spleen,and eliminating phlegm is the key,or with clearing heat,invigorating the spleen and dehumidifying and warming the spleen to help eliminate phlegm.The external sensation is quick to remove the superficial evil method to prevent the evil depth.And the circulation of Qi throughout the beginning and end.On this basis,the self-designed Peiben Lifei decoction has been used in clinic for a long time,and the effect is quite good.
