摘 要:青贮饲料是反刍动物生产中重要的粗饲料来源。它与反刍动物的生长以及牧场的经济效益息息相关。随着近年来青贮饲料原料的增加,以往的青贮饲料评价略有不足,难以准确评价不同原料青贮饲料的体系。青贮原料理化性质不同,不同的发酵条件都会对青贮品质产生不同的效果。本文通过收集整理国内外近年来发表的文献,以水稻秸秆为例,总结了青贮原料特性、不同青贮添加剂对水稻秸秆青贮饲料品质的影响,以及青贮饲料的品质评价体系,以供相关研究参考。Silage is an important roughage resource of ruminant.It has a very close connect with the growth performance of ruminant and the economy efficiency of the pasture.It is clearly noticed that with the kinds of raw material of silage increasing in recent years,the silage evaluating standard in the past seems hard to judge each silage systems containing different raw material.As we all know,different physical and chemical properties,and different fermenting conditions can both cause different results.Based on the collected literature published in recent years both at home and abroad,in the case of rice straw,summarizes the silage quality evaluation system,silage material characteristics and different silage technology,the influence of rice straw silage quality to provide the reference for the related research.
