摘　　要：近几年,在监督抽查工作中发现电线电缆产品合格证中明示执行标准为企业标准的比例不断增加,这给监督抽查工作带来了很大挑战。如何用好企业标准成为电线电缆监督抽查中的一项艰巨任务。本文从电线电缆行业现状及监管状况、监督抽查常用标准、《标准化法》对企业标准的相关规定和要求、监督抽查工作对企业标准的要求以及企业标准与实验室资质认定的关系等方面进行分析,浅谈企业标准在电线电缆产品监督工作中的应用,以提高电线电缆产品在执行企业标准时的监督抽查工作质量。In recent years,in the supervision and spot check work,it is found that the proportion of declaration of implementing enterprise standards on wire and cable product certificates is increasing,which has brought great challenges to the supervision and spot check work.How to make good use of enterprise standards has become a difficult task in the supervision and spot check.This paper analyzes the current situation of the wire and cable industry,regulation status,common standards for supervision and random inspection,relevant provisions and requirements on enterprise standards in the Law of Standardization,requirements of supervision and spot check work on enterprise standards,relationship between enterprise standards and laboratory qualification,as well as other aspects.This paper discusses the application of enterprise standards in the supervision of wire and cable products to improve the quality of the products applying enterprise standards.
