摘 要:为了解中国小麦主产区的冬小麦品种对光腥黑穗病的抗性情况。以中国农业科学院植物保护研究所麦类病害组保存收集的来自主产区270份冬小麦品种(系)为材料,在中国农业科学院植物保护研究所廊坊试验基地通过穗部人工接种鉴定法评价各参试材料对光腥黑穗病的抗性情况。在270份冬小麦品种(系)中,高抗(HR)材料占54.81%,抗病材料(R)占21.85%,中抗(MR)材料占11.48%,感病(S)材料占11.48%,高感(HS)材料占0.38%。进一步分析其接菌后农艺性状,患病植株表现为穗数、穗长降低及百粒重减少等明显变化。综合各品种抗病性及农艺性状表现,筛选出涡育16、驻麦548、九圣禾158、临旱16号、中研麦818、盛科189、陇鉴119、西农1871、秋乐918,可作为抗光腥黑穗病的冬小麦种质材料。In order to understand the resistance of winter wheat materials to Tilletia foetida in the main wheat producing areas of China,a total of 270 winter wheat varieties(lines)were collected in the laboratory.270 winter wheat materials(lines)collected from the laboratory depository were taken as materials,the resistance of each participating variety to Tilletia foetida was evaluated at the Langfang Experimental Base of the Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences(CAAS)by the spike artificial inoculation identification method.The results showed that in the 270 winter wheat varieties(lines),54.81%were HR varieties.disease-resistant varieties(R)accounted for 21.85%;medium resistance(MR)varieties accounted for 11.48%;susceptible(S)varieties accounted for 11.48%;High susceptibility(HS)varieties accounted for 0.38%.Further analyzing the agronomic traits after their inoculation,the agronomic traits of the diseased plants changed significantly,showing significant changes such as reduction in the number and length of spikes,and reduction in 100-grain weight. By synthesizing the performance of disease resistance and agronomic traits of each variety,Woyu16,Zhumai548,Jiushenghe158,Linhan16,Zhongyanmai818,Shengke189,Longjian119,Xinong1871,Qiule918 were screened out as germplasm materials resistant to Tilletia foetida.
