摘 要:超超临界二次再热机组项目建设在我国飞速发展,但锅炉的蒸汽吹管工艺至今仍未见详尽、可适用的技术导则作为支撑,各个项目采取的吹管方式不尽相同。本文通过对比不同项目超超临界二次再热机组锅炉蒸汽吹管的方式和过程,结合实际情况,探讨适用于多数二次再热机组锅炉的吹管工艺。Ultra-supercritical double-reheat unit project construction in China has been rapid development,but the blowpipe work of the unit boiler has not been supported by detailed and applicable technical guidelines,and the blowpipe methods adopted by each project are various.This paper discusses the methods and the processes of the steam blowpipe for ultra-supercritical double-reheat boiler in different projects,combined with the actual situation,and discusses the methods applicable to most double-reheat boiler.The blow pipe technology provides certain support and reference for the follow-up projects.
