摘  要:内蒙古某原料氨提供装置原工程褐煤预干燥系统存在干燥不均匀、粉尘泄露等问题,在运行过程中发生了煤粉爆炸事故。现原料氨升级工程采用蒸汽管式干燥机预干燥系统代替原有的滚筒式干燥机预干燥系统,结合褐煤煤粉易燃易爆的特性,通过合理的干燥系统设备密封结构设计及控制系统方案设计,减少煤粉泄露、降低煤粉爆炸的风险。原工程滚筒式干燥机出口干煤水分在20%以上,升级工程蒸汽管式干燥机出口干煤水分可降至15%以下,现场设备至今运行稳定,未发生粉尘泄露或爆炸现象。The lignite pre drying system of the original project of a raw material ammonia supply device in Inner Mongolia had problems such as uneven drying and dust leakage,and a pulverized coal explosion accident occurred during operation.The upgrading project of raw material ammonia adopts steam tube dryer pre drying system instead of the original drum dryer pre drying system.Combining the flammable and explosive characteristics of lignite powder,reasonable sealing structure design and control system scheme design of the drying system equipment are adopted to reduce coal powder leakage and reduce the risk of coal powder explosion.The moisture content of the dry coal at the outlet of the original drum dryer was over 20%,the moisture of dry coal at the outlet of the steam tube dryer of the upgrading project can be reduced to less than 15%.The on-site equipment has been running stably without any dust leakage or explosion,which can provide reference for the design of subsequent lignite pre drying projects.
