摘  要:回压阀抢接装置对于发生钻具内喷时抢接是否成功起到关键作用。为了提升人员操作的简便性和装置的可靠性,对在用的3种箭型回压阀抢接装置采用反循环方式人造内喷,模拟不同喷高、是否含硫等不同现场实际工况,验证装置抢接时间、成功率、操作难易程度等性能。结合现场试验暴露的问题,对装置进行了增加过流面积、增加手柄数量、轻量化设计等针对性结构改进。研究结果表明,该新型装置过流面积达到6675 mm^(2),较原有装置过流面积至少增加1.37倍以上,冲击力最大减少近80%,且具备操作简便、可靠性强、重量更轻等优点。The kick-in device of the backpressure valve plays a crucial role in the successful handling of internal blowouts during drilling.In order to enhance the operational simplicity and reliability of the device,three types of arrow-type kick-in devices for the backpressure valve currently in use were subjected to artificial blowouts using a reverse circulation method.Various practical field conditions such as different blowout heights and sulfur content were simulated to verify the performance of the device,including kick-in time,success rate,and ease of operation.Based on the issues exposed during field tests,targeted structural improvements were implemented,such as increasing the overflow area,adding the number of handles,and designing for lightweight construction.The results indicate that the new device achieves an overflow area of 6675 mm 2,which is over 1.37 times larger than the original device,leading to a reduction in maximum impact force of nearly 80%.Furthermore,it shows advantages such as easy operation,strong reliability,and reduced weight.
