摘　　要：针对某公司生产的Ф172 mm螺杆钻具旁通阀壳体发生的外螺纹接头断裂,采用宏观分析、理化检验及微观断口分析,发现外螺纹接头断裂主要原因是由于电镀过程中氢渗入金属内部形成氢致延迟开裂裂纹,随后发生脆性解理断裂。In view of the fracture of the external threaded joint of the by-pass valve shell of theФ172 mm screw drilling tool produced by a company,macro analysis,physical and chemical inspection and micro-fracture analysis were conducted.It was found that the main reason for the fracture of the external threaded joint was due to hydrogen infiltrating into the metal during the electroplating process to form hydrogen induced cracking,followed by brittle cleavage fracture.
