韩江与特拉华河水量调度实践对比研究

摘　　要：韩江与特拉华河分别是中国与美国的重要河流之一,其流域基本特征、水量分配和调度实践具有相似性和可对比性。通过韩江与特拉华河的流域概况、管理机构、水量分配与流量目标、水量调度骨干工程、水量调度管理措施和干旱应对实践的对比分析研究,总结了流域水量分配和调度实践的工作经验,对中国其他河流开展水量调度实践具有借鉴意义。Hanjiang River and Delaware River are one of the important rivers in China and the United States respectively.The basic characteristics of the basins and the practice of water allocation and regulation are similar and comparable.Through the comparative analysis of the general situation,management organizations,water allocation,flow targets,key projects of water regulation,management measures of water regulation and drought response practices between Hanjiang River and Delaware River basins,the experiences of river basin water allocation and regulation management were summarized and analyzed in this paper.It is of reference significance for other river basins in China to carry out water allocation and regulation.
