护士共情能力提升策略在精神科护理管理中的效果及对不良事件的降低作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨护士共情能力提升策略在精神科护理管理中的效果,并分析对不良事件的降低作用。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月于麻城市精神病医院工作的60名护士为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组(常规管理,30名)和研究组(护士共情能力提升策略管理,30名),评价护士的共情能力,工具为杰弗逊共情量表(the Jefferson Scale of Empathy-Health Professionals,JSEHP);评价护士的人文关怀品质,工具为护士人文关怀品质量表(Nursing Caring Characters Assessment Tool,NCCAT)。比较两组护理不良事件发生情况。结果与管理前比较,管理后两组JSE-HP各维度评分及总分升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且与对照组比较,研究组管理后JSE-HP各维度评分及总分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与管理前比较,管理后两组NCCAT各维度评分及总分升高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且与对照组比较,研究组管理后NCCAT各维度评分及总分更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的护理不良事件发生率(3.93%)低于对照组(5.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士共情能力提升策略应用于精神科护士的护理管理中,可有效提高护士的护理共情能力和人文关怀品质,降低护理不良事件。Objective To explore the effect of strategies to improve nurses'empathy ability in psychiatric nursing management and analyze its effect on reducing adverse events.Methods A total of 60 nurses working in Macheng Psy-chiatric Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(routine management,30 cases)and the study group(strategies for improving nurses'empathy ability,30 cases)ac-cording to the random number table method.The Jefferson Scale of Empathic Health Professionals(JSEHP)was used to evaluate the empathy ability of nurses.The Nursing Caring Characters Assessment Tool(NCCAT)was used to evalu-ate the humanistic care quality of nurses.The nursing adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after management.Results Compared with before management,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of JSE-HP in the two groups were increased after management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of JSE-HP in the study group were higher after management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the management,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of NCCAT in the two groups were higher than those before the management,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of all dimensions and the total score of NCCAT in the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the study group(3.93%)was lower than that in the control group(5.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The strategies for improving nurses'empathy ability are applied in the nursing management of psychiatric nurses,which can effectively improve nurses'nursing empathy ability and humanistic care quality and reduce adverse nursing events.
