摘 要:厌氧氨氧化(anaerobic ammonia oxidation,Anammox)工艺作为一种经济、环保的废水脱氮工艺,受到广泛关注。然而,Anammox工艺在现有废水处理中的应用仍然面临困难,主要问题包括厌氧氨氧化细菌(Anammox bacteria,AnAOB)对环境因素的敏感性及反应体系中亚硝酸盐的供应不足。结合国内外Anammox工艺的研究,从宏观角度(实验室研究、工程应用等)和微观角度(AnAOB群落特征、AnAOB群体感应等),针对Anammox工艺特征、影响因素、耦合工艺及其应用等方面,分析了Anammox工艺运行条件、处理效果和稳定性,概述了Anammox工艺在实际应用中的进展,并指出其阻碍因素,展望了Anammox工艺在废水处理中值得研究的方向及调控策略。In recent years,anaerobic ammonia oxidation(Anammox),as an economical and eco-friendly nitrogen removal technology for wastewater,has been widely concerned.However,the application of this technology in existing wastewater treatment still faces difficulties,primarily due to the sensitivity of Anammox bacteria(AnAOB)to environmental factors and the insufficient nitrite supply in the reaction system.This article delves into the operating conditions,treatment performance,and stability of Anammox process from both macro(laboratory research,engineering applications,etc.)and micro(AnAOB community characteristics,AnAOB quorum sensing,etc.)perspectives.The analysis focuses on the features,influencing factors,coupling processes,and application of Anammox technology based on domestic and foreign research.Additionally,the article identifies the progress and obstacles of Anammox technology in practical applications.Finally,the article summarizes and proposes research directions and regulation strategies that merit further study to improve and create new coupling processes of Anammox technology for wastewater treatment.
