摘 要:采用WG-4-1耐高温可剥涂层作为弹体零件表面临时保护材料,讨论了可剥涂层自身的剥离性能,探究了可剥涂层对被保护漆面性能的影响,及其在弹体零件加工过程中的应用效果。结果表明:可剥涂层的剥离性能仅与自身厚度有关,随着厚度的增加剥离效果越好;可剥涂层对被保护漆面的光泽度、色差、附着力等性能几乎不产生影响;在全弹加工过程中可剥涂层具有良好的防护作用,是一种高效的弹体零件表面临时保护材料。WG-4-1high temperature resistant peelable coating was used as the temporary protective material for the surface of projectile parts.The peeling performance of the peelable coating was investigated.The influence of the peelable coating on the performance of protected coating and its application effect in the processing of projectile parts were studied.The results show that the peeling performance of the peelable coating was only related to its own thickness,and the peeling effect was getting better with the increase of the thickness.The peelable coating had little effect on the glossness,color difference,adhesion and other properties of the protected coating surface.It had a good protective effect during the full-elastic processing as an efficient temporary surface protective material for projectile parts.
