摘 要:某冷轧厂锻钢冷轧工作辊表面发生剥落事故,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、超声检测、金相检验等方法分析表面剥落原因,结果表明:轧制过程中有异物压入,使冷轧工作辊表面局部产生应力集中点并萌生裂纹,裂纹在轧制力的作用下沿晶界扩展;冷轧辊表面缺陷和次表层夹杂是轧辊表面剥落的根本原因。The spalling accident occurred on the surface of cold rolling work roll of forging steel in a cold rolling mill.The causes of surface spalling were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,ultrasonic testing and metallographic examination.The results showed that foreign matter was pressed into the rolling process,which caused stress concentration point on the surface of cold rolling work roll and crack initiation.The crack propagated along the grain boundary under the action of rolling force,the surface defects and subsurface inclusions of cold roll were the root causes of roll surface spalling.
