摘 要:配电网故障后,馈线终端装置传输的故障信息可能会发生畸变,为了提升基于FTU的配电网故障定位的容错性,考虑畸变故障信息对故障区段定位的影响,对其分类为正常、误判、漏判和影响四种类型;其次,为了消除畸变信息带来的影响,基于覆盖集理论,计及FTU故障信息与保护出口信息的内在逻辑联系,建立配电网故障定位的新目标函数,引入不冗余指标和最小性指标两个约束条件,分别用以处理故障定位的信息畸变问题和故障定位准确性问题;最后,采用遗传算法,对故障定位的配电网含分布式电源和不含分布式电源两种情况展开论述,通过两个算例证明:(1)不同的故障信息畸变对配电网故障定位的影响;(2)基于覆盖集理论的改进目标函数在配电网故障定位中的精度和容错性优势。Fault information transmitted by feeder terminal device after distribution network fault may be distorted.In order to improve fault tolerance of distribution network fault location based on FTU,the influence of distorted fault information on fault section location is considered and classified into four types:normal,misjudgment,missed judgment and influence.Secondly,in order to eliminate the influence brought by distorted information,the fault information is classified into four types:normal,misjudgment,missed judgment and influence.Based on the set covering theory,a new objective function for fault location of distribution network is established taking into account the internal logical connection between FTU fault information and protection exit information,and two constraint conditions of non-redundancy index and minimality index are introduced to deal with information distortion and fault location accuracy of fault location respectively.Finally,genetic algorithm is used to discuss the distribution network with distributed power supply and without distributed power supply.Two examples are given to show that:(1)the influence of different fault information distortion on distribution network fault location;(2)The accuracy and fault tolerance advantages of the improved objective function based on set covering theory in distribution network fault location.
