摘  要:无刷双馈高压电动机因其可靠性高、功率因数可调正逐步取代常规的高压感应电动机。由于无刷双馈电动机转子为绕线式硬绕组,而且线圈节距种类多,接线头复杂。针对此提出一种同心式硬绕组转子制造工艺,根据该工艺制造的样机成功实现了应用。The brushless doubly-fed high-voltage motor has gradually replaced the conventional high-voltage induction motors due to its high reliability and adjustable power factor.Because the wound rotor of brushless doubly-fed motor has lots of hard windings,multiple types of coil pitches and complex wiring terminals,this paper proposes a manufacturing process for concentric hard-windings rotor to solve this problem.The prototype motor manufactured by this technology has implemented the application successfully.
