摘 要:文章通过分析某钢厂烧结机机尾除尘系统的现状,提出了为满足钢铁企业超低排放要求,对该烧结机机尾除尘系统进行超低排放改造的技术方案。此次改造采用将电除尘器和布袋除尘器结合为一体的复合除尘器,将原有除尘器改造成一台1电3袋结构,对原有除尘器电场、进口封头导流板等多个部件进行升级改造,以提升除尘系统的效率。生产实践表明,在烧结机机尾烟气粉尘治理中,电袋复合除尘器设备具备可行性,除尘效率达99.99%,颗粒物排放浓度≤8 mg/Nm~3。By analyzing the present situation of the sintering machine tail dust removal system in a steel plant,this paper puts forward the technical scheme for ultra-low emission transformation of the sintering machine tail dust removal system in order to meet the ultra-low emission requirements of steel enterprises.This transformation adopts a composite dust collector that combines an electrostatic precipitator and a bag filter.The original dust collector is transformed into a 1-electric 3-bag structure,and multiple components such as the electric field and inlet head guide plate of the original dust collector are upgraded to improve the efficiency of the dust removal system.The production practice shows that in the treatment of sintering machine tail flue gas and dust,the electrostatic fabric filter equipment is feasible,the dust removal efficiency is 99.99%,and the particle emission concentration is less than or equal to 8 mg/Nm~3.
