摘 要:随着社会经济与科技的飞速发展,市场对黄金纯度的要求愈发严格。为满足市场需求,对金萃取技术的优化及新设备集成进行了研究,探求了上悬式氟材料离心萃取器萃金技术可行性和创新集成,确定了大流量萃金相比并优化了DBC再生与平衡。研究表明在萃取相比O/A=1:2.5,DBC流量为280L,频率为30Hz的前提条件下,将大流量萃金技术与上悬式氟材料离心萃取器配合,可有效提升金的萃取效率,此外,多次循环使用DBC还可采用20%的氢氧化钠再生,2mol/L盐酸平衡来恢复其萃取效率以满足生产需求。With the rapid development of social economy and technology,the market requirements for gold purity are becom-ing more and more stringent.In order to meet the market demand,a study on the optimization of gold extraction technology and the integration of new equipment was proposed,exploring the feasibility and innovative integration of gold extraction technology in a top-suspended fluorine material centrifugal extractor,determining the high flow rate gold extraction ratio and optimizing the DBC re-generation and balance.The study shows that:under the premise including extraction phase ratio O/A=1:2.5,DBC flow of 280 L and a frequency of 30 Hz,the cooperative use of high flow rate gold extraction technology with the top-suspended fluorine materi-al centrifugal extractor can effectively improve the extraction efficiency of gold.In addition,multiple recycling of DBC can also be used to regenerate 20%sodium hydroxide,2 mol/L hydrochloric acid equilibrium can restore its extraction efficiency to meet pro-duction requirements.
