摘　　要：在抗战前中共文书档案工作的基础上,随着组织机构的建立和相关制度的完善,太行抗日根据地积累了大量文书档案材料,文书档案工作也逐步展开,形成了“收集接收、分类编目、传递、保管”四个工作环节,推动了抗日战争的全面胜利、加强了党的自身建设,为解放战争乃至新中国文书档案工作的进一步发展打下了基础,同时也为新时代档案工作体系的建设提供了要坚持党对文书档案工作的领导、促使文书档案工作更好地为现实需要服务、必须加快建设一支高素质的管理文书档案工作的干部队伍等诸多启示。On the basis of the documents and archives work of the Communist Party of China(CPC)before the Anti-Japanese War,with the establishment of the organizational structure and the improvement of relevant systems,the Taihang anti-Japanese base area accumulated a large number of documents and archives,and the documents and archives work was gradually carried out,forming four work links of"collection and reception,classification and cataloging,transmission and storage",which promoted the overall victory of the Anti-Japanese War and strengthened the Party's self-construction.It has laid a foundation for the further development of the document and archive work in the war of liberation and even the new China,and also provided many inspirations for the construction of the archive work system in the new era,such as insisting on the Party's leadership of the document and archive work,promoting the document and archive work to better serve the practical needs,and accelerating the construction of a high-quality cadre team for the management of document and archive work.
