摘 要:研究从毛梾种子贮藏方式、吸水特性、播种前药剂处理以及出苗后生长等方面,对毛梾播种育苗进行了试验研究。结果表明:毛梾种子宜冷湿环境储藏,低温沙藏100d,其种子生活力为92.25%;种子吸水性较好,浸种50h吸水达到15.4%,接近种子饱和吸水量(16.1%);分别用5%、10%、15%火碱溶液处理沙藏过的种子20、40、60、80、100min,出苗率最好的是15%火碱溶液浸泡20min,为54.87%,其次是用5%火碱溶液浸泡20min,为49.37%,显著高于对照和其他处理;用50、100、150、200、250mg/L赤霉素溶液浸泡毛梾种子12h,以浓度150mg/L处理的出苗率最高,为46.50%。In order to explore the emergence rate of the Cornus walteri Wanger.seeds,different treatments were carried out on the seeds.The results show that:warm and humid environment is beneficial for seed of Cornus walteri Wanger.to maintain its viability.After 100 days of low-temperature sand storage,its seed viability is 92.25%.And it has strong water absorption ability.The water absorption reached 15.4%after soaking seeds for 50 hours,which was close to the saturated water absorption of seeds(16.1%).The seeds stored in sand were treated for 20,40,60,80 and 100 minute,with NaOH solutions at concentrations of 5%,10%,and 15%.It was found that the emergence rate was the highest when soaked in 15%NaOH solution for 20 minutes,which was 54.87%,followed by 20min soaked in 5%NaOH solution,and the emergence rate was 49.37%,which was much higher than that of the control and other treatments.The test of variance showed that there was significant difference.The higher emergence rate was also obtained when the seeds were soaked in gibberellin solution of 50,100,150,200,and 250mg/L for 12h,and the emergence rate of seeds soaked in gibberellin solution of 150mg/L reached 46.50%.
