极小种群植物—景宁木兰压条繁殖技术研究

摘　　要：以极小种群植物—景宁木兰植株2-3a生枝条进行压条繁殖,研究压条部位(枝条上段和中段)、枝条刮皮(刮皮长度2cm,深至韧皮部)、生根剂(20%萘乙酸粉剂按100mg/L浓度兑水)对其成活率及发根量的影响。结果表明:枝条刮皮、生根剂、压条部位对成活率及发根量均有影响。当其它试验因素和水平相同时,枝条经刮皮的成活率及发根量比未刮皮的高,采用枝条中段压条的成活率及发根量比上段的高,使用生根剂的成活率及发根量比未使用的高。采用枝条中段、枝条经刮皮处理、使用生根剂的处理苗木成活率及发根量最高,成活率82.22%,发根量6.68根。Using 2~3 year old branches of a very small population plant,Magnolia sinostellata,for layering propagation,and the effects of layering position(upper and middle segments of branches),branch scraping(length of scraping 2cm,depth to phloem),and rooting agent(20%naphthylacetic acid powder 100mg/L mixed with water)on survival rate and rooting amount were studied.The results showed that the scraping,rooting agent and the position of the layering had an effect on the survival rate and rooting quantity of the branches.When other test factors and levels were the same,the survival rate and rooting quantity of the scraping branches were higher than those of the non-scraping branches.The survival rate and rooting quantity of the seedlings with the middle section of the branches as the layering were higher than those of the upper section.The survival rate and rooting quantity of the seedlings with the rooting agent were higher than those without the use of the rooting agent,and the difference between a few treatments was not significant(P>0.05),most of the differences were significant(P<0.05);The survival rate and rooting amount of seedlings treated by burying the middle part of the branches at the same time,scraping the branches and using rooting agent were the highest,with the survival rate of 82.22%and the rooting amount of 6.68 roots.
