生脉饮合千金苇茎汤对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉饮合千金苇茎汤对肺癌术后患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取104例行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术治疗的患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各52例。对照组术后给予常规对症治疗及呼吸训练干预,治疗组在对照组基础上给予生脉饮合千金苇茎汤治疗,2组均治疗至术后第7天。术后第7天评估2组临床疗效,比较2组术后第1天、第7天的中医证候积分、肺功能及生活质量。结果:术后第7天,治疗组总有效率96.15%,高于对照组82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分均较术后第1天降低,治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC值均较术后第1天升高,治疗组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC值均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活状态评分均较术后第1天升高,治疗组上述4项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生脉饮合千金苇茎汤可有效缓解肺癌术后患者的临床症状,改善肺功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of the therapy of Shengmai Decoction combined with Qianjin Weijing Decoction on the lung function and quality of life of patients after surgery of lung cancer.Methods:A total of 104 cases of patients receiving thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment and breathing exercises for treatment after surgery,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Shengmai Decoction combined with Qianjin Weijing Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The two groups were treated until the seventh day after surgery.The clinical effects in the two groups were evaluated at the seventh day after surgery;the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,lung function and quality of life at the first day and seventh day after surgery were respectively compared between the two groups.Results:At the seventh day after surgery,the total effective rate was 96.15%in the treatment group,higher than that of 82.69%in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores were decreased in both group compared with those at the first day after surgery,and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were increased when compared with those at the first day after surgery,and the FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental function,physical function,social function and material life in the two groups were increased when compared with those at the first day after surgery(P<0.05),and the above four scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,difference
