摘　　要：介绍马大正教授运用经方治疗妊娠咳嗽的临床经验。马大正教授认为,外感所致妊娠咳嗽自有风寒、风热、燥邪之分,而内伤致妊娠咳嗽更有肝气郁滞,肺失肃降;肝火上炎,木火刑金;肠腑热结,循经扰肺;肾水亏耗,金水不生;痰热壅肺,咳嗽兼喘之别。马大正教授临证首辨表里定病位,外感表散忌敛邪;灵活识痰辨色质,治分寒饮与痰热;重视调气疏肝法,方选四逆解郁结;达变循常审病机,阴虚气火喘咳因。This article is to introduce Professor MA Dazheng's experience in treating cough during pregnancy by classical formulas.Professor MA believes that the external contraction leading to cough during pregnancy can be wind-cold,wind-heat and dryness.The internal damage resulting in cough during pregnancy include liver qi depression and stagnation and impaired lung purification and down-sending,excessive internal heat of hepatitis and wood fire tormenting metal,intestine-bowels heat accumulation along the meridians disturbing the lung,kidney water loss failing to engender metal and water,and phlegm-heat obstructing the lung causing cough complicated with panting.In clinical practice,Professor MA first differentiates the exterior and the interior and then determines the locations of disease.He believes that the diseases induced by external contraction by using medicines for releasing the exterior and dissipating cold and those for restraining pathogenic factors should be avoided;the phlegm and differentiates the color and nature should be recognized in a flexible way,and the disease treated based on cold rheum and phlegm-heat;with focus on the method of regulating qi and soothing the liver,the Frigid Extremities-related formulas should be selected for releasing binding constraint;the pathogenesis should be observed carefully according to objective conditions and following the norms and the panting and cough is usually caused by yin deficiency and excessive fire because of exuberant qi.
