摘　　要：探讨分析旴江医家对芳香醒脾法的应用,认为旴江医家在应用芳香醒脾法上有独特的理解,旴江医家重视脾胃,以芳香之品化湿去浊,理气宽中,使气机畅通,并将芳香醒脾法的应用范围扩大,不拘泥于治疗脾胃病。临证根据不同病症配伍其他药物以祛邪扶正,顾护正气;采用独特的炮制方法,多种剂型搭配使用;且用药食同疗,个性化治疗疾病。This paper explores and analyzes the application of the method of enlivening spleen with aroma by Xujiang physicians and believes that Xujiang physicians have a unique understanding of the application.Xujiang physicians attach great importance to the spleen and stomach,using aromatic medicinals to remove dampness and turbidity,rectify qi to loosen the center,and unblock qi movement,and expanding the application scope of the method of enlivening spleen with aroma without limiting it to the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.In clinical practice,other Chinese medicinals can be added according to different symptoms to dispel pathogen and reinforce healthy qi;unique medicinal processing methods are adopted and multiple preparation is used in combination;simultaneous use of medicine and food in therapy is for personalized treatment of diseases.
