摘　　要：塞因塞用法即采用补益的方法治疗闭塞不通之假象的疾病。中医认为妊娠早期尿潴留主要的病因病机为脾肾气虚,气机升降失司,膀胱气化功能失常,属本虚标实之证,治疗上应注重谨察整体,治病求本。针对膀胱气化失司造成的小便不利,采用补中益气汤合猪苓汤加减治疗,收效较好。Treating the Blocked by Blocking method refers to the use of tonifying methods to treat diseases with the illusion of block.Chinese medicine believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of urinary retention in early pregnancy are the spleen and kidney qi deficiency,dysfunction of qi movement in ascending and descending,and dysfunction of the bladder qi transformation,which belong to the syndrome of the root being in deficiency and branch being in excess.As for treatment,we should pay attention to the whole and find the root of the disease.Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with Zhuling Decoction can help achieve good effects in the treatment of inhibited urination caused by dysfunction of the bladder qi transformation.
