摘　　要：介绍张震中教授从心肾调治老年不寐的临床经验。张震中教授认为,老年不寐与脏腑功能衰退密切相关,五脏虚损是其病症发生的基础,心肾二脏尤为突出,临床多表现为虚实夹杂、本虚标实之证,辨治老年不寐应当契合其体质特点,标本兼治,重视心肾,兼顾其他,方能取效。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor ZHANG Zhenzhong treating senile insomnia from the heart and kidney.Professor ZHANG Zhenzhong holds that insomnia in the elderly is closely related to the functional decline of viscera,and the deficiency of the five viscera is the basis for its occurrence,with the heart and kidney being particularly prominent.Clinical manifestations are usually the syndrome of deficiency-excess complex and the syndrome of the root being in deficiency and the branch being in excess.The differentiation and treatment of senile insomnia should be in line with their constitution characteristics,treat both root and branch,pay attention to the heart and kidney,and consider other factors in order to achieve effective results.
