摘　　要：产毛(绒)量是绒毛用羊主要的经济性状,毛(绒)的质量和产量受毛囊发育的影响。众所周知,毛囊控制羊毛(绒)的生长,而毛囊干细胞决定着毛囊形态的发生。因此,文章从绒毛用羊毛囊干细胞的分离培养方法、鉴定、增殖与分化等方面的相关研究进展进行了综合阐述,为进一步开展毛囊生长发育的分子调控机制研究、选育绒毛性状优良的绒毛生产用羊提供参考资料。Wool or cashmere production is one of the main economic traits of wool sheep or cashmere goat,and its quality and yield are influenced by the development of hair follicles.Hair follicles control wool or cashmere growth,and hair follicle stem cells determine the morphogenesis of wool follicles.This paper reviewed the research progress of isolation and culture methods,identification,proliferation and differentiation of follicle stem cells,in order to guide for research the molecular regulation mechanism of hair follicle growth,breeding sheep and goat with excellent wool/cashmere characteristics.
