摘  要:再生铅富氧侧吹熔炼在再生铅领域占有突出地位。由于国家环境政策趋严,要求富氧侧吹熔炼进行脱硝处理。脱硝工艺主要有氧化法、SCR法及SNCR法。本文中,笔者介绍了再生铅富氧侧吹熔炼炉脱硝工艺,重点介绍了氧化法脱硝工艺和SNCR高温干法脱硝工艺,分析了这两种工艺的优、缺点。并且,详细讨论了SNCR高温干法脱硝工艺在生产实践中的应用。Oxygen enriched side blowing smelting of recycled lead plays a prominent role in the field of recycled lead.Due to the stringent national environmental policy,denitrification treatment is required for oxygen-rich side-blown smelting.The denitration process mainly includes oxidation,SCR and SNCR.In this paper,the author introduces the denitrification process of recycled lead oxygen-rich sideblown melting furnace,focuses on the denitrification process of oxidation and SNCR high temperature dry process,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these two processes.In addition,the application of SNCR high temperature dry denitrification process in production practice is discussed in detail.
