预留上盖开发的轨道交通车辆段设计分析

摘　　要：阐述了预留上盖开发的轨道交通车辆段设计理念与基本原则,从功能定位、场地规划与跨线布置等规划设计方面分析了车辆段上盖开发的空间格局、功能结构以及跨线设计,并结合结构体系与转换层结构、消防系统、排水防水等设计内容,提出了车辆段上盖开发的设计要点与注意事项,以优化城市功能布局,提高土地资源的利用率与集约利用水平。The paper proposes the design concept and basic principles of rail transit vehicle depots for the development of reserved upper covers.It elaborates on the spatial pattern,functional structure,and cross line design of the development of upper covers in vehicle depots from the aspects of functional positioning,site planning,and cross line layout.Combining the design content of structural system and transfer layer structure,fire protection system,drainage and waterproofing,it proposes the design points and precautions for the development of upper covers in vehicle depots,to optimize the layout of urban functions and improve the utilization rate and intensive utilization level of land resources.
