摘　　要：从BIM的概念出发,探究BIM技术在工程招投标管理中的价值,如增加围标、串标难度,为市场监管提供重要保障;有利于确保各个参建方的合法权益;实现信息共享,推进建设工程全生命周期协同化管理。同时阐述BIM技术在工程招投标管理中的具体应用。This paper starts from the concept of BIM to explore the value of BIM technology in engineering bidding and bidding management,such as increasing the difficulty of bidding collusion,so as to provide important guarantee for market supervision;be helpfull to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of each participant;realizing information sharing and promote the collaborative management of the whole life cycle of construction projects.At the same time,the specific application of BIM technology in project bidding management is described.
